Just a question;
For comparison purpose; would someone be kind enough to provide an estimate for the following category races in the US (in Km/hr if possible) and average distances, I’m interested in comparing them to France/UK
Cat 3 only
Cat 2/3
Cat 1/2/3
Cat 1/2
Many many thanks.

for those wondering about the Swiss family reunion at BMC...
BMC is an “American-Swiss team” sponsored by Swiss bike co BMC, Assos, and a swiss hub and spoke company with a cool flash intro page (no, really), some nice still shots, and a wonderfully geeky spoke calculator webtool.
BMC got the only wild card slot at the Tour de Romandie in 2008. I guess the implosion of Gerolsteiner gave them a chance to build up the Swiss part of the roster. Like…the Swiss national champion. Not too shabby. Too bad leakygas got Zaugg, though. It would have been nice to collect the full set [grin].
BMC (USA) – Pro Continental Arrivals
Matthias Frank (SUI) – Gerolsteiner
Thomas Frei (SUI) – Astana
Florian Stalder (SUI) – Volksbank
Marcus Zberg (SUI) – Gerolsteiner
