So, a full 15 people have voted, but does nobody want a chat?
I’ve eaten so much and watched so much TV that I can do it no more! TV has been poor here for Christmas day…..I fell asleep in Dr Who. The evening was however redeemed by the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special and the new Wallace and Gromit :-) I voted for Ask Gavia by the way. It made me laugh so much that it made me get my act together and join the cafe! And I’m still here ;-)
Do not tell my son that you fell asleep during Doctor Who!
He’s been haunting the People’s TiVo since it aired in Britain, hoping someone will be generous enough to share it with the rest of the world’s fans.
Google is my domestique.
I noticed the first thread of the Olympic Road Race seems to be MIA
that’s because it was a fanpost posted by Nikki because there wasn’t a front pager up when the race started. It doesn’t show up in the search function for posts. I enjoyed that thread so much that I bookmarked them all.
Here it is:
I thought I had started it but nothing came up in many, many searches.
Maybe I should’ve taken a minute to just look at what I posted. ha.
Thanks for linking it up!

when you do a search thingy
there are a series of tabs at the top of the results – stories, fanposts, fanshots. click the tab to see more results.
yeah, the first oly thready was a fanpost. everyone thought someone else was going to post it :-P
The sad thing, is that I clicked on all of those.
That’s how I was quickly able to put together 2-8. How I totally missed 1 is still going through my head. Especially since I started the thing. It was a fun night though. I am having some good fun today rereading some of the classic’s threads. I think I may need to stop though as it’s only making me long for April even more.

I watched "A Sunday in Hell" yesterday. It was quite entertaining.
Its a documentary about the 1976 Paris-Roubaix. That Eddy Merckx was quite a hottie in his day.
