If he does get busted...
Does this mean that my whole VDS team gets "uninvited" to all the cool races?

Hey Egoat
I've already taken that team name (see Giro thread).

I almost took him on my VDS team cause I think his name is cool. Almost.

Shit
No wonder he was left off the Giro squad.

Wait!
This is great news, at least from a snark POV.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Patch-i Vila.

Oi.
Do it Drew!  Do it!

I was wondering too why he wasn't on the Giro start list.. and he would have ben my 9th member of my VDS team.

He's either
pretty dim or pretty confident. And he's about to be pretty suspended and pretty unemployed if his counter analysis rings the bells.

Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Hmm.. Genetic test?
If he's confident, could this be the first time genetic evidence is used? If he has the double gene that makes 10% of people that have it test positive sometimes with no testosterone use that could be powerful. It would be even more interesting if he is of the 20% of people with no copies of the gene and therefore he should NEVER test positive even if he was mainlining the stuff...

This is in reference to that Science News article about genetic profiles effects on testosterone tests. I can't believe that anybody who ever tested positive for Testosterone isn't getting the genetic tests done. If you are in either of the two groups - about 1/3 of the population, then the test is either demonstrably bad (i.e. you should never test positive) or useless (i.e you will test positive with no use).

I am guessing that the passport profiles will be useful here.

So...
Is this The Positive test we've been waiting for?  Or, is it just another failed control?  Just trying to keep up...

This would explain
Patxi Vila's second place behind Landis at Paris-Nice two years ago.  The two were way ahead of the field on the key mountain stage.

Too early in the season for a fill up?  A little testosterone will do you just fine.
