Horner Gives new meaning to pulling

This is a short article with some great photos.  With this kind of help, maybe I could be a pro cyclists.

I need several more words to finish this post, so here is a link to some cool wheels I bought about a week ago.  I've only ridden them 3 times so far, but they are an improvement over the stock shimano wheels that came with my bike.  At 1370 grams, they are lights for the money and the hubs seems to spin well.

Trek ads

You know that trek will start using this in an ad soon. With the caption…”Horner tries to get his new Madone up to the uci weight limit.

Here's a you tube clip of Chris coming in with the rider

I saw it on Spinnin’Wheel’s blog and the last 12 secs are them riding over the line. :-)

I can't tell...

are they getting a six pack for placing on the podium, an emergency radio, or a geiger counter?

That has to be one

of the coolest things I have seen in a while. Horner was so modest in the interview just saying that he did not want the guy to have to run for 2k to the finish like giving him a ride was the most natural thing in the world to do.

"I can get motivation out of anger to get energy to drive me. You have to set your mind on it is going to hurt and it is going to hurt everybody else. So the more pain you can sustain the more you can handle. The mind has to rule the body and tell the body, shut up and do what I tell you to do and it works every now and then and if it doesn't work, you bluff. " Jens!
