1hr long interview with Johan Bruyneel
Johan Bruyneel is the latest sports professional to grace the radio waves at the Competitors Radio show with Bob Babbitt and Paul Huddle.
------------------------
Johan Bruyneel was the mastermind behind Lance Armstrong's seven consecutive Tour de France titles. We had the rare opportunity over at The Trek Superstore in San Diego on Saturday July 12th to film and record a one-on-one interview with Johan in front of a crowd estimated at over 300. Johan's new book is entitled WE MIGHT AS WELL WIN. Johan is a great interview.
recorded July 12/2008

Can someone please call in and ask about Gusev?
"I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubblegum."
And then ask him if his refrigerator is running.
That never gets old.

I know
Just trying to seize every opportunity to give the guy some grief since I’m going to miss him when he’s away… I love that old fridge joke. Same goes for the Prince Albert one. And while we are on the subject, farts are always funny. Both my daughters have been taught that. In fact, that may be the only thing I have managed to teach them successfully. Which is sad…
Might be a little sad if that is the "only" thing but still funny!
...with Drew being gone, now you’ll know how much we missed you while you were away. :-)
"The most wasted day is that in which we have not laughed."
Certainly needs a few more giggles and little more lovin' for sure!
You guys here (and by guys I refer to the gang in general) are pretty awesome. :-)
I for one can not wait to meet some of you at TOC.
Might be the coolest vacation I’ve done in a long while.

I didn't want to piss off Jimbo (but that was my next post)

well, when you're all done
with the fartleks, someone please call them and explain how to pay attention to levels. They’ve got some incredibly interesting guests on their shows, but it’s nigh unlistenable sometimes.
