Tour lexicon article over at CN
CN had put together a nice article on cycling terminology, all be it French skewed.
For many that frequent this site, but are not super hardcore regarding all things cycling, this article may be very valuable.
On a personal side note: Last year I was apart of a product development project code named 'Grimper' and during the project we all kept asking the Project Leader what the heck that actually was.
In fact, we were suffering from the classic bad American English translation of 'Grimpeur'.
No wonder the French hate us.
Haha!

Here is another one done a couple days ago
over at Bike Radar: Tour de France Glossary. I had posted it on my blog for my girlfriend to enjoy.

"Coca-Cola-branded motorbike"???
Bidon: A plastic water bottle, which riders are now being told they cannot simply toss away when they’re empty. In these greener times, they are encouraged to throw bidons towards fans, who cherish them as souvenirs. Keep an eye out for the Coca-Cola-branded motorbike with a rack full of filled bottles offering refreshment to breakaway riders.
LOL – is there water in those bottles or Coca-Cola? Last year we watched one stage just after a feed zone, Boonen had a can of Coke in his musette but it didn’t open properly so he threw it away – and it exploded all over the Australian girl next to us. Who knew then the implications now of saving “Tommeke’s Coke can”? (we didn’t save it…)
