Being the friendly fan of C that I am, I wanted to share with all of you his interview on our local radio station from yesterday morning. His cousin Mary works for the station and we get treated to phone interviews throughout the year.

Suffering from jetlag yesterday having just gotten home a couple days ago, he headed into the station yesterday morning and Mary emailed me and said they video'd it for us!

You thought you would but this might be the weekend of your race? Give me a buzz if you’re coming!
I’ll be there all day both days. :-) And C should be racing on Sunday and looks like he’ll be racing for Daniel Holloway who is having some great races lately. Should be a good time!

go along with that are pretty good. I know C was in the studio a lot longer than the 12 minutes they show.

Excellent interview!

I was surprised to hear that he hasn’t has a sport psychologist until January of this year. I have always assumed that almost all pro athletes used one to deal with the mental game. I bet that has a lot to do with his vast improvement.

You’ll love his video diaries he used to do on The Broadband Racer. Make sure to watch the last one which was at Famous Dave’s with the CSC Team. Jens! and the guys had me laughing for hours. It was great stuff.
