He could be back
he’s another like Cipo who “lives in Monaco.” Has he lived there enough or will he be getting a big back-dated tax bill.

He’s not only one of my favorite riders, but my all-time favorite rider to photograph. So expressive! I was really hoping to see him at one more Giro.
I wonder if the decision will stick
I saw a quote in one of the articles I read (don’t recall which one) that he was “unlikely” to change his mind. It didn’t sound terribly definitive.
