17:10 CEST 200km/33.2km to go
Landaluze has caught up again with the three in front, who are 5.30 ahead of the field. But the big news is in the field, where it looks like Cofidis’ Sylvain Chavanel – wearing the gold jersey – is dropping off the back, following Bettini’s attack.

bound to happen

Uninterruptible Power Supply
Hi, lazyweb (concentrated version) – does anyone know the service life of consumer-grade UPS’s? Since I’m not watching cycling, I’m trying to figure that out, and google is no help.
landaluze up the road alone

i’m looking to see if there’s anything about a contador crash.
Old pictures
Seriously, can’t they cut to the studio showing Keenan moving little plastic figurines around? At least I’d have a relevant mental image.
I’m happy not to have TV techs risk their health. Just bummed that we can’t see this stage.

Hm
I bet the SBN servers could handle the feed. OK, I’m firing up the iSight camera now. DS Little Bear will be contador. His little brother is Sastre.

Memorex.
CN has posted this on their site:
17:13 CEST 204km/29.2km to go
Chavanel has caught up with the field again. Up front, Landaluze has used his descending skills to move into the lead, 20 seconds ahead of Ballan, Meersman and De Maar. Bettini and Garcia have now been joined by Amets Txurruka of Euskaltel in their slight lead over the field.
Awesome!
This is where Unibrow make their big move into the top 80.

Everybody went over la Rabassa a little while ago, for the first time, and in this order: De Maar, Ballan, Meersman, Landaluze, Zandio, Paulinho, Rubiera, Klöden and Leipheimer.
Not if you're Novak

SInce no one has live feed..
can we start some rumor about what is actually going on in the race?
I read that there is a split in the pelaton and the little prince and VV were behind the main group. ;-0
Just spinning the pedals in the hills of Western Maryland
Is that live?
Or a repeat from virtually every stage of the Tour?

Univest is up and running.
"The most wasted day is that in which we have not laughed."
How do you have this many comments with no video?
"The most wasted day is that in which we have not laughed."
We managed more
on an article with now words. Tifosa at the Giro, wasn’t it.
That one truly was sweet.
Barely a heading and we ran with it. :-)
"The most wasted day is that in which we have not laughed."
You guys are missing Eustice at Univest. ha ha ha ha ha

Live streaming...
Cyclingfans.com has live streaming of Tour of Germany final stage TT right now.
LOL
Keenan says “we should be able to bring you live coverage of the last 500 m” because of standing cameras etc… “should”??? if it’s not the last 500 m they’ve been showing all along, then what’s on the c.tv screen? or is he worried that even those standing cameras might not work?
i'm out
headed over to the d-tour live thread. see youse there if you’re interested.
