Countin' Down to Cali: Williams Cycling Previews the Climbs
Northern California wheel builders Williams Cycling have put together a series of videos previewing the major climbs for the 2009 Tour of California. Not only do you get to the see the climbs, but you also get commentary provided by Michael Hernandez of NorCal Cycling News. Dude knows him some cycling and brings the humor. Bonus.
Williams provides support to a number of up-and-coming riders, including U23 National Cyclocross champion Amy Dombroski and U23 'cross talent Chance Noble. Good stuff.
Happy Friday!

That's very nicely done
And I’m impressed that no-one coming past gave them the finger for being stuck behind the support vehicle. Unless whenever that happened they said cut and drove their rider back to the bottom of the hill.
This site kicks major ass
although it takes for ever for the videos to load on my lap top. Just wondering though Gav, did you get this from LA’s twitter? He linked to it a few days ago and that’s when I first found it.

nope :-)
I did know he twittered it. I waited a few days before posting it, because they said they were having bandwidth troubles.
Loaded okay for me. LOL, we just upgrade the interwebs at the Gav Shack. Zoom :-)
Ok
just wondering, and the video still loading slowly here….still loading….still loading, ah I blame the altitude :) Well I still have 2 weeks to watch all the videos on there.

From experience, that climb sucks.
The commentators mentioned this being a day for Landis. It could be. It’s his backyard. He is on this road all the time.
These videos are way cool
And were a great diversion from the not so fun work I was supposed to be doing!
Thinking hard - really hard - of something witty to say....
