Reading that first paragraph, I was struck with the idea of a “scarlet letter.” How’s about ex-dopers wear some kinda signifying “stripage” on their kit? Instead of the rainbow colors of previous world champion, maybe they could be forced to wear, I don’t know, a blood red band with little syringes in them or something. Maybe we could knock a year off the two year ban, if the offender opted for the “scarlet letter kit.”
