Perfect example as to why Bert shouldn't be worth more points than everyone else(30) next year
yes he wins almost every stage race he enters, but he doesn’t race that often nor does he score in any classics. If he were to do 2 GT’s in a year he would probably earn the most points but he probably won’t race 2 next year.

Maybe he won't be racing the Tour.
Could be his schedule next year is a lot like his schedule last year. Astana is such a reputable team.

Are there still plans for a Sochi Tour?
He would totally kick ass there.

Valverde seemed like his
season would be marred with drug rumors and yet there he is on top of the heap. The question now, is will his season by focused on the TDF.
If Bert ever got serious about the Ardennes then 30pts would be justified.
I like Evan’s next year. Sure he’ll be a year older but I think winning agrees with him and he’s a super one-day racer and top 5 GC guy for the GT’s. He may not be as Tour focused as in the past.

Let's hope he doesn't overthink during summer
Ironically, a bit more racing would have been good for him. Success breeds success etc

Just amazing how Cancellara turned his VDS season around.
I was certain he couldn’t recover to last year’s level after his disastrous spring, but he ended up with even more points than in ’08. Without any Olympics, even. Utter respect.

I still miss my friend Danilo ....
He scored a lot of points (1314) and who cares about some CERA … I don’t.
