and Erica Powers (Revolution-Peak fasteners) ran away with a second victory for the weekend to compliment her new State Champion title.

Also in attendance, Alex Grant (Mona-Vie/Cannondale) fresh off a second place showing at La Ruta De Los Conquistadors where he rode away from such notables as Roberto Heras.

I especially like the photo w/ Erica Powers

Surprising. Probably not the kind of thing you want to do all day when you are trying to sell photos to racers.

Looked cold - was it?

Also, are the tops of those barriers padded? Looks a little suspicious to me ;-)

I mean uh... hasn't that ever occurred to you, man? Sir?

It was windy and cold.

Our barriers are shorter than UCI standard. They also have a steel frame, so there is a piece of PVC pipe to protect high $$ bottom braket shells…

Great picturesonce again

Though I will never get used to the sight of a Pinarello on the dirt. Just seems wrong…

He has a matched set

That’s one of the perks of leading the USGP Masters 35+ cat by 100 + points.

He being Ali Goulet

The former pro snowboarder? I really liked his riding when I was a little grom on the hill.

Thank you for returning to my life cross season!
