Utah Cross Series Day 7

Bart Gillespie (Mona-Vie/Cannondale) leads the men's A flight

More Cyclocross from the Weber County Fairgrounds, Ogden Utah.  The usual suspects showed up and there was a bit of racing.  There are a few words and pictures, to share on the flip.

Star-divide

Bart Gillespie took another win in the Utah Cyclocross Series today in Ogden Utah.  The race was close, the weekly battle between Gillespie and Ali Goulet (Church Of The Big Ring) untill 3 laps to go.  The script was altered at this point as Goulet suffered a mechanical set back that saw him finish well back from his normal first or second position.

Dayna Deuter (Church Of The Big Ring) enjoys a healthy lead.

On the women's side Dayna Deuter (Church Of The Big Ring) took home her first win of the season over a solid ladies A field.  A fine, if unseasonably warm, fall day made for perfect race conditions.

Oooh, those are good :-)

I like the perspective on them all for different reasons. That weather made for nice light too.

Lovely work!

instead of taking pictures of bike racers….
More on the way…

Great pics, Chris, the Deuter one is fantastic. You should send her a copy,

no kidding. And is “Church of the Big Ring” the best cycling team name I’ve ever heard, or what!?

Yeah I really like CotBR...

They’re great kids. They have the Masters 35+ USGP leader to boot. They all have my contact and know that pics are theirs for the asking….. CotBR plays fun against the dominant state religious following here in Ut. Thanks for the compliment too!
