Levi's ATOC TT Ride
I was fortunate to be able to get by Astana's Camp in Santa Rosa on Monday. The mechanics were starting to put together Levi's TT bike for ATOC. Levi signed some posters for the Solvang stage and some pictures I had taken on the climb of Ballard Canyon Road in last years race.
here are more pics taken of Astana camp.

LOL!
I was just planning to ask if you liked the colors, no need now!
Looks very Swedish, but still pretty cool. ;D
No, the cat is out of the bag
It all makes sense. He’s quiet, withdrawn, sort of bland. Levi is obviously a closet-swede.
It's hard for scientists to collect a large enough sample to confirm that theory
(I can make that joke since I have the same hairstyle as Levi)
I'm digging the Bear!
Just spinning the pedals in the hills of Western Maryland
hmmmm... maize and blue? i can dig it...

I need that
So, can anyone who will be going to the ToC steal his bike and send it to me?
Thanks in advance.
Bork, bork, bork!
Just the bike
But tell him that it was sent to a farm in Kentucky, or something

the latest in bike fashions. I’d like someone to paint my Litespeed in, oh, maybe Adams River sockeye colors?

I'd settle for an unpainted Litespeed...
or really any bike build after 1985.
(Really, I’m still riding the bike I bought in 1985)
Cool, Oldest bike in use thread!
We should make one. I regularly ride a Lotus from the mid 80’s and just rode my old Trek 820 mountain bike from that time period for my first outside ride of the year! Nothing like 50 degree (10C) temps when its been below freezing literally for almost all of January. No high above freezing for 28 days in a row.
I am sure people still ride 40 year old bikes and more regularly. When is a bike an antique?
I've got an Indy Fab hardtail from 1995
that I still ride in the woods. And it is still badass.

Actually, it is a Trek 410
Campy Triomiphe, Tange double-butted tubes, hand-brazed, investment cast lugs, bought new for less than 500 bucks. Not a bad bike at all. I do like it a lot.
Ohh the Lotus.
Now I’m jealous. I’ve heard those were very nice bikes. Mine’s not quite a quarter century yet, so I’m not counting it as antique. After that though.
I have an early 80's Paletti
that still works great. It weighs about 400 lbs, but that only makes me strong like ox…
Where the #@&$ is my Time?
My husband recently retrieved his high school bike from his dad's garage
Schwinn Le Tour from the late ’70s.
And my brother has two Bianchis, one from the ‘80s and one from the ’90s, but I’m not sure if he was the original owner on those or not.
Google is my domestique.
Back to the bike
I love that paint job. Looooooooooooove it.
