After being without a team for two years Jaan Kirsipuu has found a team again. He is now racing for the continental team Team Differdange Apiflo Vacanzes. Yesterday he won the bunch sprint for fourth place in the first stage of the legendary Tour du Cameroun. No doubt an omen of the many great things he will do in the rest of the season.

The guys from Cycling Quotient aren't in on it yet but new will spread like wildfire of course.

I'm afraid the VDS management team will be utterly shocked that they missed this top-sprinter in their player list for the 2009 season. The guy wins the National Championships every year so is guarenteed to deliver 100 points. Following the recent VDS-scoring rules he scored 360 points in 2006 en 100 in 2007 and 2008. As it is he'll probably be the absolute leader of the team of VDS-list rejects.
