interesting commercials on it. Did you see the three men in towels. Riccola commercial?
If only I could understand Italian. It looked funny.

Rai Sport Piu usually has longer coverage
and apparently there’s a feed over at 12.5W if your trees are less obstructive than mine
not in the states

Everything is quiet in Italy
even the commentators are discussing what just happened in France
Break of 4 out in front
including Marcus Lundquist, two Barlos and one other
Take that back
Palumbo, Cheula Tschopp, Coppel, Sapa. 30k to go lead about 1min
News update right now... coverage at 8AM PST

I get confused time wise when
The USA and Europe change clocks on different weeks
formerly known as cyclingchallenge
They're showing T-A?
I thought they were (kinda) showing P-N?
Replays?
Keep me posted if there are any stream showing a delayed feed. I only had the eurosport audio and from the excitement and bewilderment in his voice it sounded like a certain cyclist had pulled over and gave birth to a unicorn.

right into a crash
"Wizard's first rule. People are stupid. They will believe anything they want to be true or fear to be true." -- Terry Goodkind
Yay!
about it coming on, that is. Not the crash.
Who’s in it?
Well... for the first time this week... you're not at work are you!
Dude... why WOULDN'T Thor ride the chicken?
I heard breschel + Mondory in the caduta
Did your favourite rider just win Montepaschi Strade Bianch Eroica Toscana? OK then.
In the crash...
The only name I could make out was Lloyd Mondory (AG2R). Which makes sense, because he’s on my VDS team. Along w/ Pauriol and Voekler — I’m single handedly destroying French cycling…
Well, if you're going to thin the VDS herd, you might as well start with the French
since I’m pretty sure I don’t have any on my team. Can you start wiping out the Italians next?
He has no charisma--Thomas Dekker, on Cadel Evans
Do you have Cunego or Boonen?
If so, I’m doomed….
No...
… but I have Leipheimer, who announced his hip thing after I picked him. I can even cause ex post facto injuries. And when I saw VandeVelde eat it in stage 1, I felt responsible. I think the riders union is going to ask me to release everyone from their VDS contracts, for the good of the sport…
Check Toto for the exact medical specifics
Did your favourite rider just win Montepaschi Strade Bianch Eroica Toscana? OK then.
Beats me...
I just knew something hurt downstairs. Hip/Stinker/Whatever — I just need him to come back and score 7000 points for me. You know, to make up for those I was counting on from Pauriol and Mondory…
Muro di Montelupone...............
Did your favourite rider just win Montepaschi Strade Bianch Eroica Toscana? OK then.
It's like a lyric from a fabulously romantic song, isn't it? :-)
"It's official. For the next four years, it will be pronounced 'nuclear' " --Seth Meyers
did they already go up it the first time, then?
or do you mean 13k to the first time over?
They hit it for the first time in about 13 k
and then do a 13k circuit before doing it again
They're just coming up to the wall for the first time
Does that make 23 for the circuit
This is the first pass I think
Did your favourite rider just win Montepaschi Strade Bianch Eroica Toscana? OK then.
No distanzas
I wonder if we’ll see the first ascent?

That was like, seriously, more gratuitious than...
US Football coverage. Which is vaguely shocking that its even possible
I think they were hopping it was going to go up.

Just spinning the pedals in the hills of Western Maryland
Are they mentioning Cance and caduta ?
Did your favourite rider just win Montepaschi Strade Bianch Eroica Toscana? OK then.
They did mention Cance
but I don’t speak Italian so I don’t know what they said.
Cance
they were talking about how he’s not in shape now because he hasn’t been able to train after his fall in training.

last two updates from live ticker:
km 158 – 16:09 25 kilometers from the finish, there was a fall. The most prominent victim is Matti Breschel. It may be in the race to continue, but there is unfortunately no longer in the peloton.
km 158 – 16:04 h km 158 – 16:04 The only information we have is that currently five outliers at the top are: Giuseppe Palumbo (ASA), Johann Tschopp (BBO), Giampaolo Cheula (BAR), Jérôme Coppel (FDJ) and Marcin Sapa (LAM). The quintet has after the first passage of the Montelupone still just one minutes ahead of the field, which is led by LPR. There are still 13 kilometers to the finish.

would rather watch it play out.

I saw Garmin up there.
I need to learn this language. Great excitement, free streaming, and no issues.
"The most wasted day is that in which we have not laughed."
That would be lovely.
I’d even pay for the conference number to call in for it.
"The most wasted day is that in which we have not laughed."
I've had very few issues all week.
But I expect none while paying for it. THIS is free and lovely. Even if it wants to buffer I would not complain. It’s FREE.

Are there only a couple of us looking at the 20k to go feed?
If so, I’ll beg out so you guys can post and I’ll just watch…

you would go backwards
on this climb if you were bonked.
"Never swing a small stick. " Andy Hampsten
I'd volunteer to hand out bananas to the guys as they reach the climb. :-P~~~~~

Um.... no. I'm a good girl. No tilted halo's here.

Can't be...
… they’re riding awfully tranquilo if it really was “ultimo chilometre”
Dude... why WOULDN'T Thor ride the chicken?
If that was team B for Astana at PN then is this team "C" and who is at the front?

since they must have got lost should we get them Garmins so they can find Paris in July?
Just spinning the pedals in the hills of Western Maryland
They can not have my Garmins. Give them TomToms if you must. ha ha.
"The most wasted day is that in which we have not laughed."
Is that a conflict to have Tom Tom riding for Garmin?
Just spinning the pedals in the hills of Western Maryland
It makes me laugh when the Italian commentators pronounce
the non Italian names. “Thomas Lovkvist” is especially entertaining.
Farrar totally cracked me up last night.
"The most wasted day is that in which we have not laughed."
Loouquiste , molto determinato
Did your favourite rider just win Montepaschi Strade Bianch Eroica Toscana? OK then.
Blue I think
or at least they showed El Fares and he was wearing a blue jersey, he’s still the leader right? (and the points jersey seems to be some sort of reddish-pink and blue combo, that’s why I had no clue where Petacchi was in yesterday’s sprint).
leenos and Andy way back
Did your favourite rider just win Montepaschi Strade Bianch Eroica Toscana? OK then.
Steep Kills
Love how anybody can get stuffed on these hills, lose momemtum and bang you are riding up a cliff.
that thought must be a killer
if I had got to the top of that I’d think of shooting myself before going all the way down then back up again.
Palomar was a gentle rolling hill...
compared to that. It was just long.
Palomar's not this steep
it was kinda painful just watching them go over it
THey sure sound like they are enjoying watching all these guys hurt
Just spinning the pedals in the hills of Western Maryland
And as Cassani said
you are watching the guys in 30th to 40th place. It gets rougher 100 places down.

they're showing it now
riders are still on it
THe split screen of pain!
Just spinning the pedals in the hills of Western Maryland
it's one of the best parts
of watching any mountain stage live …. watching the stragglers all over the road or guys staying inches in front of the broom wagon
formerly known as cyclingchallenge
Even the fastest guys
who do L’Etape de la Tour go slower than the pro broomwaggon
I loved the split screen of pain can we get one of those at other races?
Just spinning the pedals in the hills of Western Maryland
Question... does Cav summit the first time before the winner gets to the line?
Dude... why WOULDN'T Thor ride the chicken?
Nah!
He just needs a head start up the climb.

IS that a Lotto at the front?
Just spinning the pedals in the hills of Western Maryland
apparently Van Avermaet
impressive if that’s the case, that he made it over with or close enough to the leaders…
That explains it
Just spinning the pedals in the hills of Western Maryland
Still going up the first time in the split of pain
Just spinning the pedals in the hills of Western Maryland
was that hushovd?
riders are still going up montelupe
Are they saying Simoni is the man to beat?
