You will then be asked to enter your User ID and password. And voila! Try it, please: I was pulling out my hair until I tried it this way… I myself cannot sign in on the home page, it will not let me watch , it just buffers, buffers, buffers…maybe that is what is happening to you??

Are you here in the states? Any chance you're getting a georestriction from ctv?
Is everything up to date on your account page? Last week I would say it was totally ctv since so many of us had issues but this week it might be more specific to your account. If you get an email back from them reply to it keeping the ticket # and make sure to include your login name and account # so they can take a look at it.

everything up to date. This is an ongoing issue with ctv for me. I guess I am paying for all the time that I had nary a problem and everybody else did.
As for them answering back? Maybe after the race is over.

I have had a lot of issues with my account this past year as well but once I got a response from them, getting follow up and resolution wasn’t bad. It seems the issues from last week are fixed so hopefully you can get some resolution. For me, providing my login and account # moved it along pretty quick.
