It's the guest head from the Interbike Media Center
We somehow acquired a head, and proceded to make everybody who entered the media center sign it. There’s some pretty famous names on there!
Taking a polystyrene head in my hand luggage caused me all sorts of problems when it went through the x-ray machines in the airport…

major bunny hopping going on at right side of cobbles
I tried that in 1983 while training for amateur P-Roubaix with 3 team-mates, two in front of me bunny-hopped over a giant hole, I hopped, and caved in my rear wheel on far side of hole !
