It's the guest head from the Interbike Media Center

We somehow acquired a head, and proceded to make everybody who entered the media center sign it. There’s some pretty famous names on there!

Taking a polystyrene head in my hand luggage caused me all sorts of problems when it went through the x-ray machines in the airport…

and (for it wouldn’t be France otherwise) the peloton was briefly stopped at the start of the day by a demonstration in front of the Continental factory. All settled in good humour, no badger required.

Back to being Weylandt again? Wish they'd make up their minds...

First it’s Devolder, then Weylandt, then Wynants, now Weylandt again…do Belgians look that much alike?

Oooh… live streamage while I wait for the race coverage to start on the telly! But I left the speakers in the study :-(. Let’s see how long before I get off my arse and get the damn speakers, LOL… SBS with likely spend an eternity blathering on about why Cadel and Robbie aren’t riding, before they cut to the race – think I’m gonna need some sound with the live stream…

a fun thing to say when a child asks you “what makes it rain?” is to say “It’s god crying.” And I think another fun thing to say when they say “Why is god crying?” is to say “It’s probably because of something you’ve done.”
