Around SBN: Jeremy Lin Sets Assist High In Easy Win Over Sacramento

Too tired to write my first of many posts about my 11 days in Belgium, but I wanted to provide an appetizer.

This was taken by my brother in law in the Trench. He shot in infrared to provide a different look to the race. As you can tell, we were at a great spot right when the big crash happened.

I'll have much more in the coming days.

Dreambrother, indeed

I need to ask my sister why she can’t take pictures (and travel!) like that. That’s fantastic.

Yeah

not only a perfect spot, but a different take on it.

~

Popup, get your brother to come here and talk about shooting it, yeah?

Once he's done going through everything, I'll post a more extensive gallery

I’ve only seen a few images so far, but they are pretty amazing. It was a great arrangement for me, because I knew he would have the pictures covered, so all I had to do was focus on the racing. He also has a cool site with just photos he took on his iPhone. The last 20 are from this trip, from the Brakel bike sculpture to the end. Check it out here.

I would love to have that picture hanging on my wall

Oh my, I've just fallen in love with Roger De Vlaeminck's sideburns.

Once he goes through all of his photos, i'll post a gallery of his images from the trip

There are some amazing photos, including Boonen crushing the trench. I’ll also include his contact info if you’re interested in hanging one on the wall.

Nice.

Must do a fair bit of IR work, I imagine. That’s a pretty decent body to dedicate to IR.

I want one for my wall too. The shooter has talent.

A frozen 'cross ride from this last weekend. As you may be aware we have had siberian conditions here in the UK with a low of -14 degrees centigrade here on saturday morning. It was a beautiful sunny morning so i layered up and set off for a snowy 'cross ride along a roman road. I checked the thermometer when i got back to find it had been -10 throughout the ride! I had a lot of fun though and the views were spectacular.
