Lance may be suspended from racing in France?

The interwebs are all atwitter with cycling news about Lance and repercussions from his twenty-minute shower:

The AFLD release stated that the UCI has already confirmed its right to open disciplinary proceedings against the American. "Via a letter dated April 8 sent to the Agency, President Pat McQuaid has, in his response, stated that the combined interpretation of the world [WADA] code and UCI anti-doping regulation conferred upon the AFLD the jurisdiction to open possible disciplinary proceedings against Mr. Lance Armstrong.

testing

You’d figure the “most tested athlete in the history of the world” would know a thing or two about testing protocol. Same goes for Johann.

Lance is like the Barry Bonds of cycling

Controversy just seems to follow the guy around. For that reason alone I was turned off by his decision to return. Cycling needs a new start, and it’s time for Lance and his generation to give way. No one will ever probably definitely know if he did drugs or not during his prime years, I for one don’t really care anymore, but hearing these new allegations about him misbehaving during a drug control is destroying what little shred of respect I still held for the guy. Not that he or his entourage would care about that anyway.

I found this to be a very humorous take on the situation.

Sorry, but Lance...

can go jump off a cliff with his supposed indignation towards the French.

I mean, he thinks that the french have it in for him, he knows the protocols for piss tests, etc, so we are supposed to feel his anger, now that he himself has given the French a reason to whine?

Please, man, tweet yourself outta here!

The guy's a glutton for controversy

He feeds off it, unfortunately at the expense of the sport.

Am i getting the feeling that...

Lance is finding an excuse not to race in July?

I mean broken collar-bone, AC is the top stage racer in the world nowadays, etc etc.

Could it be?

A frozen 'cross ride from this last weekend. As you may be aware we have had siberian conditions here in the UK with a low of -14 degrees centigrade here on saturday morning. It was a beautiful sunny morning so i layered up and set off for a snowy 'cross ride along a roman road. I checked the thermometer when i got back to find it had been -10 throughout the ride! I had a lot of fun though and the views were spectacular.
