DiLuca + 43 on Menchov

Actually that is pretty good. If he is holding for last part could be real good.
This makes it interesting!

Over in Catalunya, UCI officials have shown up and are motioning Valverde to get off his bike.

He’s got his head down and is trying to get away…3 Garmin riders chasing, yelling something about riding clean…

No, wait—wishful thinking.

Top 5 today’s stage:
1. Julián Sánchez Pimienta (Contentpolis-AMPO)
2. Daniel Martin (Garmin)
3. Alejandro Valverde (Caisse d’Epargne) 8
4.Haimar Zubeldia (Astana) a 12
5.Mikel Astarloza (Euskaltel-Euskadi) a 21

A frozen 'cross ride from this last weekend. As you may be aware we have had siberian conditions here in the UK with a low of -14 degrees centigrade here on saturday morning. It was a beautiful sunny morning so i layered up and set off for a snowy 'cross ride along a roman road. I checked the thermometer when i got back to find it had been -10 throughout the ride! I had a lot of fun though and the views were spectacular.
