CN commentators are hungry for lunch, they commented:
" Bologna! What do we think of? Food, what else! And not that pink lunch meat Americans love to put on their fluffy white bread. Yuck! But real food like Sauce Bolognese and famous pasta dishes like tortellini and tagliatelle. "
hey now
let’s keep the american bashing directed at lance. ;)

LPR does not need to worry about break, highest rider on GC in break is way back right?
so why are they killin’ themselves, do they really think they will catch break and Di Luca will win stage ?
yes

In Catalunya
Break down to 1:28 at km 114 (of 150.5). Five riders left in it are: Fedrigo (Bouygues), Chavanel (Quick Step), Martens (Rabobank), Arvesen (Saxo Bank) and Lang (Silence-Lotto)—Veikannen dropped out a while ago to give the others a chance, as he was too close to Valv.piti in the GC. Nice of him, but apparently it didn’t work.

Yevgeny Sokolov of Bweeg has about an 8’ lead over Alberto Fernandez of Fuji- Servetto. Now, there are plenty of places for Fernandez to lose another 8’, but you can bet Sokolov will be parked on his wheel. Fernandez will have to try the old fake-mechanical if he’s to lose Sokolov, I think. And that’s somethign you can only deploy once or twice.
