I read this in Le Monde today, it's about Landis and his coach, Arnie Baker. I haven't been following the story closely but apparently they failed to appear in a French court on 5 May, regarding the hacking of the infamous French lab's computer system (the French want more info on whether Baker and Landis were behind the hacking). Anyways most of the story is about the back-and-forth of emails between Baker and the French authorities, but the money quote is at the end of the story, from Pierre Bordry, head of the AFLD: "If it's the only way to get Landis and Baker to explain themselves, I won't hesitate to ask the judge to resort to an international arrest warrant."
