Tour de Suisse Stage 3....Live!

Suisse-live_medium

Big cat 1 climb halfway through: will it keep the sprinters from doing that thing they do so well? Tourbeccow says: moooove over for the sprinters!  Thoigh perhaps the more climby-challenged of the fast men might not make it to the finale.

Video: CTV and Sporza are on the web at the same time: 11 am Eastern, 17:00, CEST. Other feeds will no doubt exist.  Check Cycling Fans and Steephill.TV

i base it on the hierarchy... you didn't respond to a previous post... so, in my mind, that makes you 2nd

otherwise, the person who creates the thread is always the 1st on the podium

I need everyone to join me in a rain-dance, please.

The bastards that I work for are interrupting supply on Wednesday. 20:30 – 03:30. Like, when cycling coverage happens in this part of the world. Yes, that’s a mighty long outage – one of the disadvantages of having underground supply (when the power does go out, it’s out for a Very Long Time).

Yes, I rang the relevant co-workers. You should have heard ’em laugh at the depot when I offered to forward them the 2009 race schedule, to consult for any planned works in my area :-( .

So now we just need a downpour on Wednesday evening. By the time that they get traffic control organised for a new date, and give the required notice to customers, Suisse will be over ;-) (so long as the new date is still in June, it’s all good).

would mean that I would be watching the race in at the office. If I’m at the office, I shall be Paid. Full penalty rates. Plus cabfare.

Although… I KNOW that the trucks have generators…. and the work is happening at the corner just near my building… maybe they can park outside and I’ll throw ’em an extension cord ;-). Yup, I can hear the guys laughing now…

They want a list of systematic reviews on various anti nausea drugs.

I thought at first that it would be managable as the first few drugs didn’t produce much, but then the last one turned out to be massive. The limits they’ve asked for make hardly any difference. So now, they have to get back to THEIR clients….and I wait. Zzzzz.

Second.. With the win of Terpstra the ‘dryness’ of winning was over for the Dutch.. 2007 was the last win for a Dutch in the Pro-Tour.. They compensate that now with almost 3 wins in one round.. Waaay to go!

All I want is ease of use.

New stories on top. Clearly-labeled links so I can find things. Otherwise, I don’t care so much what it looks like. Cycling Weekly just changed theirs, too, and now it looks like one of those spam advertising sites you get redirected to when somebody fails to renew their domain name.

So far, they're just reporting trouble getting whereabouts in.

The team has suspended him for 15 days, presumably to make sure he doesn’t mess that up again. Could be indicative of a bigger problem, but could just be carelessness…

Trivia: which guy, with one of the cleanest reps in the peloton, came within one missed test of a suspension?

The answer is...

Mark Cavendish.

I’d filled in the forms, done everything I was supposed to but what I didn’t realize is that the ‘exception’ didn’t change my training venue; in other words they’d still expect me to be at the velodrome on a Tuesday even though I’d be on the Isle of Man…The next April, Ed and I were bundled off to Germany and Sparkasse, and in the chaos of last-minute packing, I forgot to fill in my whereabouts form…Boom! Second missed test.
