This might be obvious too, but you don't have to wait for scheduled highlights on RTL

With a Schleck in the lead of their home race, any news update is going to feature them. I recorded a clip yesterday that showed Frank winning, with an interview of him and a little feature on their fan club. I’ll throw it up on YouTube or somewhere and post the link—maybe someone who understands Luxembourgish (which I’ve read is a dialect of German, but Google Translate can’t do much with it) can tell us what was said.

Ah. 5 years salary, and Steegmans is worried about what happens if you test positive even if you're innocent.

Had to look up Rutger Beke, the person he names as someone who falsely tested positive—Belgian triathlete who came up pos for EPO and successfully argued bacterial contamination of the sample.

A frozen 'cross ride from this last weekend. As you may be aware we have had siberian conditions here in the UK with a low of -14 degrees centigrade here on saturday morning. It was a beautiful sunny morning so i layered up and set off for a snowy 'cross ride along a roman road. I checked the thermometer when i got back to find it had been -10 throughout the ride! I had a lot of fun though and the views were spectacular.
