I don’t think that they’re going for it, since winning is difficult enough. That doesn’t mean they won’t do it, but we haven’t seen too much of Levi at the moment (compared to AC and LA) so we can’t say how he actually is doing.

I can’t remember any team hogging the whole podium. But La Vie Claire got 1st, 2nd and 4th (and 7th) in the Tour 1986. They also got 1st and 2nd 1985, as did Telekom in 1996 (and Zabel won the green jersey).
