That was adorable!

Those two are hilarious! And Frank is getting more good looking in my book. ;-) Yep, you know there is some hanky panky with podium girls. How many of them are married or dating a podium girl?

Nice try on the weight thing, boys.

But you overreached. Andy heavier by 4 kilos? Ha! If you’d said half a kilo, or a kilo, some doubt might have crept into our minds. Good job keeping straight faces, though—even though Andy was sitting there in a skin-tight t-shirt and poor Fat Frank had to wear a loose hoodie to hide the spare tire.

According to

wiki they are the same height. But of course wiki is not always accurate. No way Andy weights more the Frank. Wiki said they are both 6’1.

According to

Saxo website they both are 186 cm and 67 kg :)

Two things in particular

peloton conversations: I love what you did with your hair.

And your dad’s name is johnny and neither of you are named johnny, what do you have against the name johnny?

Beautiful. Loved it. Now that was a good interview.

A frozen 'cross ride from this last weekend. As you may be aware we have had siberian conditions here in the UK with a low of -14 degrees centigrade here on saturday morning. It was a beautiful sunny morning so i layered up and set off for a snowy 'cross ride along a roman road. I checked the thermometer when i got back to find it had been -10 throughout the ride! I had a lot of fun though and the views were spectacular.
