PrintToday's stage is 219.1km from SEROCK to BIAŁYSTOK. Mainly flat with what I would describe as a rippling 3x6.5km final circuit with what looks like a slight kick at the finish. It includes two intermediate sprints and 1 KOM

Live ticker in polish (google translations don't work too well).
Video (TVP1) is georestricted. cyclingfans is trying to find alternatives. Supposedly Eurosport is to start coverage today. You know the drill, check the website often for possible links.
Stage starts at 12.25/12.40 local.
