Final day in Poland is expected to end in a bunch sprint. Bad news for the Netherlands and Switzerland, who are unlikely to knock Edvald Boasson Hagen from his podium perch and finish far enough ahead of him to take Norway's 9-rider World's team away from them. France virtually eliminated themselves yesterday--their highest-placed rider is over 3 minutes back.

That doesn't bother me too much, as long as he gets opportunities.
I think he’d do well to stay put for a year or two, since he’s doing well at Columbia and Sky is still a big unknown, but I’ll root for him wherever he lands.

O/T: I vacationed in southeastern Poland for three weeks with my husband, back
in 2007. It was really beautiful; it was September, during the harvest, and we drove all over the place, with only a vague idea of where we wanted to go. This is the first time I’ve had a chance to see a stage this week, so it’s really bringing back great memories.
I highly recommend vacationing in Poland. We did some great hiking in the Bieskadi (sp?) mountains, suberged ourselves in a Lemk and Boyk historical church road tour, and met some really wonderful people.
