Yeah I would say that Greipel was the main cause of that...he leaned over and on somebody and they got pushed into Dean

Greipel did swerve a bit into I assume Ciolek
but Dean didn’t really seem to have to move over much, he crashed into something on the side of the road, something that probably shouldn’t have been there. So Greipel caused it somewhat but it wasn’t as malicious as the Tour of Poland grab. Plus I imagine he was just having a worlds strategy talk with Ciolek…

Yeah, somebody on the side got seperated from something like a hat.
Could have been someone leaning over the railing trying to video the riders as they passed and never saw Dean coming.
The first cyclist to stand up to him. And he did it in silence.
