Vuelta a Colombia
Based on the start list there were mostly Colombians in the Vuelta a Colombia, but other nationalities as well.
I assume “Ukn” means unknown, and the list is kind of weird (Daniel Martin who rode Dauphine at that time is on the list, and why does CN claim that he’s from Canada?).
