Since nobody seems to be making a thread for this, I'll step up.  The women go off at 12:30 PST (about 35 minutes from now) and the men at 2:30.

Edit:  I seem to have been wrong about the Universal Sports broadcast I mentioned in the earlier version of this.  I allowed myself to be misled by the fact that at one point the Cyclingdirt.com feed had a universal sports feed as its still image.  Oops.
