With spring road racing season around the corner and the holidays (almost) behind us, it's time to start building up for the 2011 season. Personally I ride outdoors on weekends (weather permitting) and ride a set of rollers during the week. Rollers provide a nice workout while helping to improve pedal stroke and bike handling skills. What is your winter training method?
