Barbados Bound
Anyone ever been cycling on Barbados? I am heading there for the first time ever on March 29. Any tips on where to get bike rentals / is a mtn or a road bike recommended / anyone ever been to the National Stadium track - are track bike rentals available there? etc etc

I lived in Barbados for two years
I do not recommend cycling there in the least unless you lack a fear of death or dismemberment. It’s been a while so I don’t know about the track at the national stadium, however.
My advice would be to rent a surfboard and take some surf lessons. The surf there is very good.
I'll eliminate you like I eliminate gluten from my diet.
