Tirreno-Adriatico Stage 4 ..... LIVE
Just as in France, Saturday is business time at the Tirreno-Adriatico. A long 243km rolling stage ends with a tricky uphill finish in Chieti. Winning the stage is going to take both good climbing legs and smarts. It should also sort out the GC contenders from the pretenders.

Sorry to leave halfway through Keats last stage
I fell asleep.

I'm sorry we hijacked the thread. It was a long time waiting...
and hello Ruthann.
"How strange it was to see men doing something beautiful. Something pointless and elegant." Tim Winton, 'Breath'
Well
Others answered the questions I was asked
so it was allgood. If holdenmate still needs help with ideas though, I am happy to oblige.

So sorry. i wasn't paying attention and read Ruthann rather than runitout..
I wondered what haad happened, but surmised sleep or social engagement. You and R Mc did a great job. Holdenmate tootled off happily to write a draft and i made a pact to read Harrison and then (perhaps) go back to Keats.

No wuckers
R Mc did say all else that needed to be said.

I think holden was extremely grateful to you both..

You're first
loser!
Gerrie Kneteman: If a football player falls he shouts for his mother, if a cyclist falls he yells for his bike.
That was haddad or whitman
Or price. I keep saying this…

Say what?
Gerrie Kneteman: If a football player falls he shouts for his mother, if a cyclist falls he yells for his bike.
Running Man reference
Nothing to see here…

I don't get the reference either unless we're talking Stephen King, which I doubt..

Ha! I read the Bachman Books years ago, but i'm not good on dystopian/action movies...

I'd have thought Mad Max would be a national hero.
It's fun to beat Cancellara--Edvald Boasson Hagen
He is, but aside from Bladerunner it's not a genre i love.
"How strange it was to see men doing something beautiful. Something pointless and elegant." Tim Winton, 'Breath'
Yes it is.
Had I not had to teach it though, I probably would have remained fairly ignorant about it.

I'm ready to update VDS with today's results.
I figure if I update VDS then reality must follow. So how do you want the future to unfold?
Gerdemann, Lofkvist, EBH. Pretty please with sugar on top.
It's fun to beat Cancellara--Edvald Boasson Hagen
Leenos...hmmm.
I don’t think Black Unicorn wants him to win this.
Okay. The stage will be a toss up between Lofkvist and Nibali.
Nibali would be nice...

Hope you've finished that draft ;)

Race is done...
Georgian feed worked from cyclingfans. My russian is rusty, but the pictures were clear…
Whoops -- time warp...
I feel better now — I didn’t want Bennati to win again. And that finish didn’t look very steep. Apparently my russian was so rusty I couldn’t tell it was Friday…
BMC are chasing the break..
"How strange it was to see men doing something beautiful. Something pointless and elegant." Tim Winton, 'Breath'
Rubén Pérez (Euskaltel-Euskadi), Kiryienka (Caisse d’Epargne), Pozzato (Katusha), Wynants (Quick Step), Frapporti (Colnago) y V. Efimkin (AG2R).
It's fun to beat Cancellara--Edvald Boasson Hagen
He's easy to spot these days. It'll be a shame if/when someone else takes the kit away from him.
It's fun to beat Cancellara--Edvald Boasson Hagen
I can't find one.
"How strange it was to see men doing something beautiful. Something pointless and elegant." Tim Winton, 'Breath'
Then it's not very English-language, is it?
I’ve got the French ES2 one up. That’ll work for now.

I'm getting confused. Rooting for the break in P-N and against it here.
It's fun to beat Cancellara--Edvald Boasson Hagen
i've shut down PN for now. i can't do it tonight...
"How strange it was to see men doing something beautiful. Something pointless and elegant." Tim Winton, 'Breath'
I do believe that's a certain Kazakh
continuously attacking at the front.
Oh, and then a Serpa Perez who seems to be getting away . . .
Vino attacks!
Well… a bit.
"How strange it was to see men doing something beautiful. Something pointless and elegant." Tim Winton, 'Breath'

"The only pain I got time for is the pain I put on fools who don't know what time it is." Edvald Boasson Hagen

So 6K and over a minute
The lead has got it I think with 230+K in peloon legs
reluctantly it seems
though he might be the strongest guy in the break right now.
"The only pain I got time for is the pain I put on fools who don't know what time it is." Edvald Boasson Hagen
I take it back, those lead guys look wasted
But I am sure everybody does some. Still open.
