The thing for CdE is to get Valverde to finish first. They can drag Contador but if Valverde wins, that’s 10 seconds and if he gaps Bert by a second or two then it’s game fully on for tomorrow.

if your legs feel badly

after video watching is finished, lay down with your legs up against a wall and gently shake and massage them, feels great and helps recover.

sorry to be the coach with the whip, but a strong stomach will help your back actually.

one of these days i'll make it over there,

other than just passing by or through. My girlfriend says they used to have these fantastic storytelling festivals there – festival des contes – they’d go on all night – all kinds of different people from all over – incredible ambience in the old vilages at night with the lighting and all. I guess now they’ve moved it elsewhere – or maybe it moves from village to village now.
