mostly not, but then every now and then a tight turn – some gravillons here and there – some wet spots

I know that he is small
but being carried by a pelican seems like it could warrant a time penalty by the race officials.

Well they had one Lulu
would have liked to see him have attacked on the cat. 1 climb like last year…or on the downhill. But instead he is relegated to being fraud boy’s lead-out man….brilliant tactics CdE(oh well vamos Bert!).

I just read that FdJ's Gerard was in the crash 45k from the finish,
and has a fractured left hip. Poor guy, best wishes for a speedy recovery.
