Uh.... thanks

… for the linky… whoever you are

That was cool, like a flyby from a superhero.

do we just do the math for Pacific time zone TV broadcast?

So like noon on our local clocks for first-available TV broadcast?

Or do you offset/delay TV broadcast for different time zones?

Thanks for carrying this!

Thank you

from one of the ten people in America without cable television.

I have cable but they don't offer Universal Sports.

So the web streaming is gold to me.

That makes two of us...

I miss Paolo Bettini. That is all.

I've been considering it.

me three...netflix, hulu, fancast cover my tv/movie needs...

…and cycling’s cool online, especially when I get to “learn” Dutch or Italian or even British English…

Me four. I've never had cable

Every once in a while consider it, then…..
Not expecting to do it any time soon.

by Veloki on Mar 18, 2010 9:09 PM EDT up reply actions

We live the no cable/satellite lifestyle...

And get along just fine without 100 channels of crap to choose from. Web streaming for bicycle racing, Netflix for movies. My wife even streams the network shows that she needs to watch.

And we (gasp!) read books, too.

BTW

Thanks very much, Universal Sports.

Well, looks like we got ourselves a reader

What's a book?

Is it that thing I download onto my kindle?

only kidding, but looking at my 3 year old, it seems that is where it’s headed…

I want to know if the live coverage will have commentary.

I wish you would use the generic commentary the organizers offer instead of no commentary.

Not Necessarily

Universal’s live coverage of Tirreno-Adriatico did not have commentary. The TV broadcast does, and after it is aired on TV you can watch the video on demand on their site with commentary. I can not remember if they had live commentary for the Giro or Vuelta.

by Logy on Mar 17, 2010 7:39 PM EDT up reply actions

I thought they did but I know T-A did not.

I kept watching the video stream...

…and did the eurosport audio link at the same time. Not always a perfect match, but got the job done…

No

I asked. For some reason it’s not feasible.

Some love to universal sports...

Thanks for increasing coverage of cycling in the US… Hope you continue to cover more and more races! I would love to see you take over ToC and TdF.
