VDS Standings and World Rankings, Updated

FYI, you can see the VDS standings in the left sidebar and the Podium Cafe World Rankings in the right. This is sort of a placeholder as the numbers will start getting updated automatically very soon, possibly today. For now, this is a preview along with today's actual numbers.

… and wondering why the hell I rekindled my ancient interest in the sport :-(. I had dared to entertain hopes for los Blancos… I probably would have even got a bit teary, what with my main man starting and sporting the armband. It would have been beautiful… sigh, let us not think of what might have been…

Unfortunately, it seems that the dark forces have sunk their claws into me again :-(. I was watching the bloody stream over breakfast… and when I got to work, I was madly refreshing google news search in the hope of a couple more goals having materialised (sadly, one more goal did materialise… at the wrong bloody end of the pitch). Oh well… at least the boys still make me laugh (apparently there was a reason for that display… if anything, the explanation increases the WTF-factor – so take it at face value, LOL)
