Tour de Romandie Stage 1 Race Report
The dodgy weather forecast for the weekend alpine stages motivated me to go for a ride with my Belgian domestique and watch today's stage at the top of last classified climb. For a change I thought I would set race pics to music.
Anyone interested in the actual photos:
I have added the pics of the just the pros to the Podium Café FLICKR group http://www.flickr.com/groups/1300461@N22/pool/
Feel free to tag the FLICKR photos with the names of anyone you recognize (thx):

I do believe
a new bar as been set.
I’m not sure whether one has to go over or under it, though.
Chapeau! Moo!
it has been surpassed. MOOOOOO!!!!!!!

That was brilliant...
Loved the timely cheese reference…
And, I think perhaps you made a deal with the 12 year old girls for the KOM points…they do appear to have let up there…
love the jersey
and great way to present your pictures.
"Ants don’t worry, they operate like a fantastic team, they accept obstacles and deal with them in a positive manner, they don’t complain and remain positive. An ant doesn’t work on emotion, is proactive and always chooses the ant role."
How many 12 year olds did you have to fight off
to get the gorilla?
awesome will!
usually this kind of thing doesn’t work out, but that was fun. Nice job. (and way to kick those girls ass up that hill! – that’ll teach em)

I'm ready for this road season to wrap up. Bring on Cross!
Absolutely briljiant!
I loved it. But revealing the secret becco sanctuary…I cringe to think of the potential consequences.
As we went over the top, Frank Schleck said to me, 'Don't worry, follow my wheel, it'll be OK.' But the first corner, he crashed, he went into a ditch....For two years now I've had to explain why I'm bad at going downhill because of that day.--Robert Gesink
came across a bunch of beccos myself on the road yesterday
they’re in plentiful supply, i think they can outproduce jen’s appetite.
Aaaaaawwwwwwwww!
Whosagorgeouswiddlebeastiethen…

how you can tell you are in the French part of Switzerland and not the German: The roads are not perfectly paved(OK I have no idea if that is true).

Wait... which was the FOD?
The Gorilla or Corddry?

Like you care what the answer to that question is
