Now, that is one creepy text
But where do you go to my lovely
When you’re alone in your bed
Tell me the thoughts that surround you
I want to look inside your head, yes I do
Somebody, call the police and give Sarstedt a restraining order.

The saddest thing is that I could write all the lyrics out without having a cheat sheet..
"How strange it was to see men doing something beautiful. Something pointless and elegant." Tim Winton, 'Breath'
The saddest thing
is I have virtually no hair and Sarstedt has more than plenty and choses to do that with it.
The clip was made when you had all your hair I expect... like when you were 3?
(I’m too scared to open it… I only open R Mc’s links to youtube).

You were around and just marginally younger than me...

I have an excuse--I looked it up, and it never charted higher than 70 on the Billboard charts.
Just not a hit in the US.

It's a classic!
Also, THE classic one-hit-wonder. He never sold another record.

LA might decide to ride in the grupetto today, to see how the other half live...
He has lots of old mates there, so it could be fun for him. It will be interesting to see how he plays it.

Check out regular guys ride Madeleine
Danish TV pre-ride the climb. All the grunting and moaning is in danish but if nothing else it’s interesting to see midway through when they stop to look at the place where Bruyneel went over the side on a descent. Scary stuff.
Good morning folks!
I’m armed with coffee, some more coffee and a small handful of marcona almonds. I’m really hoping for a Lulu or Samu day!
Venga Caisse d'Epargne!
I could live with that compromise, especially as my VDS could use some points from Luis (or anyone for that matter!)
Can’t really see Samu going in a break though…

And no bleeding carrots? I'm sorry, it's a hard phrase to forget...

Morning!
I have a bone to pick with ITV4. Only 2 hours of coverage, when I understand some other stations are starting at 11am?! Bah! Not that I’m at home to watch anyway…but I might have taken the day off if there had been a decent amount to watch. At least I’ve managed to get the day off on the 22nd though :-)
Nice marmotte
I know! It's a scandal!
We’ll likely get the Madeleine and nothing else. I have the two hours set to record…I suppose it’s better than nothing. Last year they didn’t even do every stage :-/
Nice marmotte
yes, they can't be getting worse when last year they showing repeats of the Sweeney

Was wondering how they could let him et in th break today, being Caisse's GC leader,

I wouldn't recommend against it simply based on the heat.
You do adapt, and there is no shortage of air-conditioned activities, particularly in Dubai.
As far as for humidity, supposedly today the heat index is going to climb over 50. Having said that, it doesn’t feel super humid out there today. Just a bit, uh, warm.
