I was kind of amused by his music analogy
where Lance is “popular” music, compared to indie music which is so championed these days. Of course, the reason indie bands are championed is that many of them are, you know…way better and more interesting than the generic drivel they play on the radio.

and ignore the 7-man ahead. Sastre on his own 6:20 ahead of the pack. Having the break ahead maybe makes his situation look worse than it would if it was just him up the road.

Not much meat ;-)
No seafood (of course)… I generally chose not to touch poultry. No Pig, except in the sausages that I use to make my ‘curried bangers’. I can do cow, if I must… Oh, I do like sheep… and kangaroo… but I don’t chose to eat either very often.
There aren’t many vegetables that I don’t like ;-). I’m big on grains and veggies.
