Kinda have to look at him as a solo break

and ignore the 7-man ahead. Sastre on his own 6:20 ahead of the pack. Having the break ahead maybe makes his situation look worse than it would if it was just him up the road.

Not much meat ;-)

No seafood (of course)… I generally chose not to touch poultry. No Pig, except in the sausages that I use to make my ‘curried bangers’. I can do cow, if I must… Oh, I do like sheep… and kangaroo… but I don’t chose to eat either very often.

There aren’t many vegetables that I don’t like ;-). I’m big on grains and veggies.

Like it isn’t actually a picture of his nose, but that’s why I have it.
