That's not helping
I want to be told that there are things to make racing easier, not that I’m supposed to suffer more, cuz that would, like, make things harder….

How is that TX State Chps. course?
I used to live in Killeen (& later my mom lived in Copperas Cove) and never thought it much more than an Army base surrounding used car lots & pizza places.
It's a climby course
without being SUPER hilly.
There are two significant hills, but they only take about 3-4 minutes to get up, so unless you’re well and truly dropped over the top of them, you can probably get back on. In between them are a bunch of rollers and a couple of exposed sections where wind can muck things up.
The best parts: rolling road enclosure and really good pavement.
The sketchy parts: open range livestock and occasional live-fire exercises,
