Ivanov's dad passed away...brain haemorrhage. He is still racing though.
On another note, Liquigas protested today at San Luis in Argentina…they refused to race without radios and refused to sign on at the start because of it but they still raced.

Well they wouldn't be a proper Italian team without a bit of overreaction flamboyancy
sad to hear about Ivanov’s dad.

Well, I'm not going to take it for granted
That a rider who normally is involved with a couple of k’s left knows the leadout better than the riders who actually sprints or have done work closer to the to the finish line in the past. Like CJ Sutton, Hunt, Henderson, Thomas and Wiggins.
I would assume they signed Rogers because he’s still a decent time trialist and a one-week stage racer.

I console myself with the thought that my dedicated professionalism will one day get me dropped off in Baltimore while my ‘guide’ tells me they’re looking for a parking spot and will be back soon.

I'm in the other corner
I was sure they would be impossible to tell apart but on the overhead shots the all-white back of Sky is easy to separate from the white T that is formed by Garmin’s white shoulders and é. I had a much harder time last year with the Shack and BMC kit.
