Very nice - talking heads with the riders. I especially liked Amber Neben: "the key is the one to be inflicting the pain" and Ina-Yoko Teutenberg "I have to put the young ones in line"

think with Teute around I'd be well in line before she got to me... ;-)

Usually immune to these things but that’s nicely done. Love Adrie Visser’s hair…

That hair

reminded me of Violet from the Incredibles

it reminded me

of the line in the Time Out guide to Berlin advising you to rnot to get your hair cut in that city

OK I've watched that and Emilia's bike-fitting one

is the “I am coming from Sweden” bit an inside joke, or just something that no-one wants to correct.

well

I for one hope she gets here soon.

oooh, they've updated their team page with photos of riders in the new shirts

Here – and new pics on the riders’ pages….. and I’m relieved Chloe Hosking is still in the team, despite not being in the viddy! She’s great, and definitely in my top 3 “riders I wish blogged more” - her old blog was very funny

really simple, well put together video

in 2 and a half minutes I feel I’ve learned a lot about the team. this can’t be that hard to do – why don’t more teams do it?

It's a really easy way to give an impression of personality

which is why a lot of us follow specific riders. Demonstrating personality, nationality & what the riders look like is an easy way to make people follow a team. All they need to do is add some crazy story or ridiculous factoids, and ta-daaaa! – instant fans! At least from a lot of Café-ites!

But how did they manage to make Carla's hair so anonymous

she really is one of the easiest to spot on the TV with her Rita Hayworth Technicolour ponytail.

and Emilia Fahlin's!

I loved that even in the new-team-jersey pics, her hair was huge!

Watching it again, the rider who comes across as most charming is Judith Arndt

I’ve always known she’s a tough cookie, but she seems really natural, and funny. Dear Gavia, Judith for an interview or a live chat sometime this year? She’s a great talent (former Road Race World Champ, and World Champ on the track in points & IP) and she was waaaay ahead of Cav in the “showing displeasure with a gesture” but for better reasons… such a star, but I’ve never seen her speak before, & she seems like she’d be superb to know more about

that'd be interesting if she'd do it

That's cool... almost missed it.

Yea Neben nailed it with the Jens!-like quote about being the one inflicting the pain. Love love love Stevens. Love Bob Stapleton too, he seems like the polar opposite of Patrick Lefévère.
