As I remember she was incredibly blase about it all last summer too
She finished that stage, sent a couple of tweets from the hospital about how nice it was to have her feet up for a couple of days, then a week or so later posted a pic of her trying to walk with a frame. At that point we started to get a bit worried (after all we don’t follow this stuff to see people getting maimed for life. Or even for a few weeks.), but she’s been so relentlessly cheery ever since that I’d assumed that she was comfortably over it all.
That photo she posted, with the brace on, was totally scary
I’m so pleased she’s made it back, because that was one hell of a crash

'Fractured pelvis'
are two words that always make me shudder.
All I've had today is, like, six gummy bears and some scotch.
On the other hand,
there’s ‘Death by Snu Snu’.

"Ants don’t worry, they operate like a fantastic team, they accept obstacles and deal with them in a positive manner, they don’t complain and remain positive. An ant doesn’t work on emotion, is proactive and always chooses the ant role."
she posted some adorable pic of racing at 3 years old
and her mum put up some great teenage ones too!
