I think it is absolutely absurd that they put some kind of a word limit on that.

    How anyone (Editors at Bicycling magazine) can expect another person to write profile of Evelyn Stevens without an all out celebration of words is beyond me. Of course Gav found a way to do it but that is a cruel thing to do to a writer and fan of womens cycling.

Yes, I could write oodles on how awesome Evie is. This story is part 1 of a series – and it was originally written as one story, then evolved into a series. They’re short snacks to lure you into wanting to know more :)
