I'll be in Italy for the entire Giro this year, and I plan to be at either the start or finish of all but three or four stages. If you're coming to the Giro and would like to meet up at one of the stages, just drop me an email anytime (email address is on my profile page).
It would be fun to hang out with some fellow PdC'ers at la Corsa Rosa.
