At the back end ot today's stage, I fell into an interesting conversation with tgsgirl about Mark Cavendish and how good he is.  I think he is phenomenal ... but then I would, because (a) I am British and (b) I know nothing.

So I though I would ask the great and good of the PdC to name the best sprinters in cycling history (well, lets call it post war cycling history).  Don't feel the need to justify... just names.  If work permits, I might see if I can do some comparisons and stuff. Stuff is good.

At the very worst, I might learn something.
